romantic getaway near the metro
convenient location large bed modern bathroom
the location was very convenient and quite romantic. the metro station across the street made exploring easy. the room includes a large bed and a modern bathroom, perfect for us. the openable window let in fresh air, it felt divine.
the noise level at night was a distraction, as i noticed frequent sirens. it made sleeping difficult with the window open.

helpful staff convenient location relaxing garden
The front desk staff, priyom, anya and anka, were amazing and super helpful. sabrina from the kitchen was also great. location is in a safe area and very conveniently located a short walk to gare du nord and gare de l'est train stations. the hotel is also right next to a metro station. This connects to several points of interest. breakfast was good too. it was plentiful and the eating area was clean.
The air conditioning wasn't turned on since it wasn't the main season. The room felt stuffy. i would've liked it to be cooler

the room was very clean. it also felt spacious. the hotel recently renovated the rooms and bathrooms. i enjoyed the view of the street from the bay windows.

the staff was friendly and spoke english well. they were always ready to help with a smiling face. it was easy to leave my luggage at the hotel for a last tour.

The hotel was very clean in all areas, which I appreciated. The staff was kind and helpful, providing useful information. I booked through a Eurostar holiday and I would choose this hotel again.
The room I had was slightly small, though this is typical for hotels in a city center.

The personnel was very kind and helpful. They provided all needed information. Late check-in was possible at 11:45 PM because of a delay, which I found particularly useful and easy.
